Where are we located?

Located at the Champs-Élysées in the heart of Paris, this new stunning restaurant opening is due to open in spring next year. We are now looking for a Finance Manager that would like to join us for a week of prior training in London and who will be empowered to contribute to this new exciting opening!

Your day at Aqua:

Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Oversee all financial operations (audit, tax returns, TVA), prepare detailed financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and develop rolling forecasts to ensure actionable insights for strategic decision-making - manage the Accounts Payable process and making sure the suppliers are paid on time
Strategic Financial Leadership: Implement effective financial strategies to support operational and investment goals, maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets, and optimize processes while ensuring alignment with company objectives
Business Partnering and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations and other departments to provide financial impact analysis, advise on new business opportunities, and offer insights to improve profitability and performance
Performance Metrics and Long-Term Projects: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor risks and opportunities, and lead projects to better understand cost structures, such as labour and goods spending
