As our Dim Sum Junior Sous Chef, you will advance your culinary career in a dynamic environment and support the culinary team in preparing exceptional dishes. This is a 48 hour, full-time position.


We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start on the week beginning with 3rd November 2025.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

  • Culinary Creativity & Crafting Recipes for Success: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Team Support & Development: Support and mentor junior team members providing guidance and training to help them grow and improve their skills. You will foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork during service


You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you between £14,465.23 and £17,965.23 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
