As our General Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This is a 48 hour, full-time position.


We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

  • Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and making sure that team members feel included and motivated
  • Operational excellence: Drive organizational change, ensure alignments with business goals, build relationships with suppliers & manage budgets and financial forecasts


You will be paid £30,534.76 per year. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you between £24,465.23 and £34,465.23 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
