The Job<ul><li>Oversee the daily operations, including inventory, orderings, store control</li><li>Generate sales and control costings as per preset targets</li><li>Motivate, train and develop your team</li><li>Anticipate and exceed guests’ expectations</li><li>Ensure safety and hygiene of our staff and guests by proper venue and equipment maintenance</li></ul> What You Need<ul><li>At least 1 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity</li><li>Good or solid knowledge of mixology</li><li>A strong leader, a team builder and a motivator with ambition to succeed</li><li>Able to work well under pressure, willing to extend working hours / working on festive and weekends</li><li>Good command of English and Chinese</li></ul>
