As our Senior Dim Sum Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team and be an integral part of our dynamic kitchen team. This is a full-time position.

We are aiming to open beginning of December, however the starting date might move a week.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

• Master of the Steamer – Craft delicate dumplings, fluffy bao, and crispy spring rolls that keep guests coming back for more
• Speed & Precision – Work your magic under pressure while ensuring every bite is a perfect balance of texture and flavour.

You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £6.04 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
