ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support in delivering the day-to-day marketing activity for the group’s F&B outlets in line with the agreed Marketing strategy, to support the delivery of outlet and revenue targets and brand objectives
• Support the team in the growth of the F&B outlets market awareness, database and their targeted use
• Along with the marketing manager and digital manager, drive local and international business to ARG restaurants, and bars and encourage repeat bookings
• Support the development of strong content including but not limited to press releases, social media content, newsletters, and local partnerships to drive marketing opportunities
• Develop and manage high-quality content including but not limited to video content, and stories/reels for the company's marketing channels, including websites, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints
• Schedules tasting, KOLs, partner campaigns and coordinates logistical arrangements with restaurant operations teams
• Analysis and reporting of marketing activity including tracking across digital platforms
REQUIREMENTS
• A degree in Marketing, Digital, and/or Communications is preferred
• A minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, lifestyle/hospitality/ luxury or agency experience is a plus
• Excellent both written and verbal communication skills is a must (English, Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Strategic mindset, detail-minded, and creative thinking
• Self-discipline with strong interpersonal, presentation, and coordination skills
• Creative, a good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines
• International brand experience is an advantage
