<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and lead brand &amp; marketing strategies and plans to build our restaurant and bar brands in Hong Kong into strong F&amp;B brands</li><li>Lead the brand messaging of our Online/Social Media direction</li><li>Partner with PR agency and build strong relationships with the press, both local and international</li><li>Coordinate promotions and collateral development with restaurant managers, creating breakthrough marketing programmes</li><li>Work with supplier and luxury brand partners to develop marketing programmes market differentiation</li><li>Support with new global openings and global campaigns</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Brand Building &amp; Strategic Marketing</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the development of multi-channel campaigns with a focus on storytelling, brand equity &amp; awareness </li><li>Develop annual marketing plans, with a focus on key campaigns to drive awareness and revenue</li><li>Design integrated promotional campaigns that highlight product uniqueness and USP</li><li>Create detailed project timelines to ensure on-time execution of campaigns, from concept to launch</li><li>Analyze campaign effectiveness, social media metrics, and sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness</li><li>Good knowledge in content creation, printing &amp; production, photo shooting, styling &amp; touch up, video filming &amp; editing for social media</li><li>Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu for content creation and awareness</li><li>Identify partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Team Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and brand initiatives</li><li>Provide regular updates and reporting to support planning and decision-making</li><li>Support administrative and operational needs related to campaign and partnership management </li><li>Positive, proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Well organized and strong time management </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will be</strong></p><ul><li>Entrepreneurial and passionate with a strong creative flair</li><li>Bachelor Degree Holder in related disciplines; Possessing Certificate / Diploma in Marketing, Promotion, Media Communication, Advertising or e-Commerce is a plus</li><li>Marketing professional with a track record of at least 5&#43; years of success and strong in content creation and storytelling </li><li>Preferably from a premium hospitality or services background</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment—self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure</li><li>Good communicator - Fluent in spoken and written English &amp; Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Birthday leave and a celebration allowance</li><li>Employee discount to be used across the Group’s outlets</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>On-job training and opportunities for growth</li></ul><p><br /></p>
