As our Marketing Director, you will be leading the strategic direction and execution of all marketing initiatives across our restaurant portfolio, as well as directing a high-performing marketing team.

Where are we located?

The position will be based in our Head Office located on Borough High Street, neighbouring the Shard and a stone’s throw away from the historic Borough Market. Our head office is conveniently next to Borough station, and a 5-minute walk away from London Bridge station- making it well connected to Central and Greater London. Part of the job also involves frequenting our incredible venues across Central and West London, with restaurants never over half an hour away from our Head Office.

Marketing strategy & brand leadership: Lead the overarching marketing strategy across the restaurant portfolio, ensuring strong brand positioning, consistent messaging, and compelling storytelling that drives brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
Campaign execution & commercial impact: Oversee multi-channel marketing activity across digital, PR, influencer, events, content, and advertising, to support launches, promotions, and in-venue experiences.
Performance, team & growth management: Drive guest acquisition and retention; analyse performance and ROI using data and analytics; and manage agencies and budgets.
