The Job
- Manage and support the human resources operations and system, including payroll, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management and engagement
- Take care of the whole employee journey of our colleagues
- Handle full payroll processes for restaurants
- Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
- Conduct analysis & provide reports for management review
- Handle various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives
What You Need
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with at least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance
- Possess strong communication and collaboration
- Related work experience in F&B is an advantage
- Excellent time management, able to prioritize work and work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
