As our Kitchen Porter, you will assist other kitchen members by keeping all areas tidy and clean. This is a full-time position.

We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start from 17th November onwards.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

Proactiveness: Collect and wash up pots and pans speedily to keep them in rotation. Your initiative will keep the kitchen running smoothly
Keeping clean: Keep all work surfaces hygienic by cleaning and sanitizing them throughout your shift

You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £1.29 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
