Responsibilities
- Develop and lead brand & marketing strategies and plans to build our restaurant and bar brands in Hong Kong into strong F&B brands
- Lead the brand messaging of our Online/Social Media direction
- Partner with PR agency and build strong relationships with the press, both local and international
- Coordinate promotions and collateral development with restaurant managers, creating breakthrough marketing programmes
- Work with supplier and luxury brand partners to develop marketing programmes market differentiation
- Support with new global openings and global campaigns
Brand Building & Strategic Marketing
- Oversee the development of multi-channel campaigns with a focus on storytelling, brand equity & awareness
- Develop annual marketing plans, with a focus on key campaigns to drive awareness and revenue
- Design integrated promotional campaigns that highlight product uniqueness and USP
- Create detailed project timelines to ensure on-time execution of campaigns, from concept to launch
- Analyze campaign effectiveness, social media metrics, and sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Good knowledge in content creation, printing & production, photo shooting, styling & touch up, video filming & editing for social media
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu for content creation and awareness
- Identify partnership opportunities to increase brand awareness
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and brand initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reporting to support planning and decision-making
- Support administrative and operational needs related to campaign and partnership management
- Positive, proactive team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized and strong time management
The ideal candidate will be
- Entrepreneurial and passionate with a strong creative flair
- Bachelor Degree Holder in related disciplines; Possessing Certificate / Diploma in Marketing, Promotion, Media Communication, Advertising or e-Commerce is a plus
- Marketing professional with a track record of at least 5+ years of success and strong in content creation and storytelling
- Preferably from a premium hospitality or services background
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment—self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Good communicator - Fluent in spoken and written English & Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
