As our Multisite General Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Located atop a former department store in the heart of London’s West End, Aqua Kyoto and Aqua Nueva offer astonishing views of the city centre, with a vibrant atmosphere and many late nights with amazing cocktails and tunes.

Your day at Aqua:

  • Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and making sure that team members feel included and motivated
  • Operational excellence: Drive organizational change, ensure alignments with business goals, build relationships with suppliers & manage budgets and financial forecasts


You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to between £44,465.24 and £54,465.24 extra per year, depending on experience. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
