As our Floor Supervisor, you will craft an authentic experience for our guests by welcoming them with a smile, supervising our floor team, and supporting them. We are looking for someone passionate and very hospitable in their approach to customer service. This is a full-time position.

We are aiming to open our doors at the beginning of December, however, the date might potentially move by a week or two due to the nature of new openings so we would kindly ask you to be open and flexible with the start dates. We are expecting this role to start on the week beginning with 17th November 2025.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

• Guidance and team coordination: Motivate our team for their best performance
• Guest experience: Greet and interact with guests to ensure they have a great dining experience with us
• Operational oversight: Collaborate with the kitchen and management team to implement new procedures and team training

You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £5.29 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
