The Job
- Manage reservations and plan table placements effectively
- Greet and escort guests to give them a warm welcome
- Handle guests' inquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail professionally
What you need
- At least 1 year of experience in fine dining restaurant
- Good command of English, Cantonese / Mandarin would be an advantage
- Pleasant, presentable with good communication skills
- Good telephone manner
