Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across all digital channels including social media, SEM, SEO, PPC and third parties
  • Manage and maintain website and database. Optimise content and analyse performance through weekly internal reports to continually improve, visibility and conversion rate
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the websites and liaise with web agency to fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Create and execute social media strategy and target audience research
  • Edit and post videos and content to online sites
  • Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
  • Work closely with the restaurant teams & Brand Managers to implement marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with online media and KOLs
  • Develop marketing plans for new menus, seasonal activity and restaurant openings
  • Maintain CRM tools and improve online customer experience and engagement
  • Draft copy for all digital content, create photography shoot lists and artwork briefs
  • Maintain monthly digital budget for social advertising and online media whilst evaluating ROI
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity


Requirements:

  • College or Degree holder in marketing / communications / digital
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • 3 years’ marketing experience in an international and multi-lingual environment
  • Working knowledge of full Adobe Creative Suite, photography skills preferable
  • Good presentation & communication skills
