Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled restaurant Reception Manager to ensure an exceptional dining experience. You will manage the reception area, handle reservations, coordinate guest seating, and provide excellent customer service. Requirements:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in supervisory experience in F&B industry
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, reliable, and professionally presented
- Positive, passionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Chinese
- Handle guests' enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail in a positive and professional manner
- Closely communicate with internal parties for the complaint investigation and follow up with the customers proactively
