As our Bartender, you will put a fresh spin on classic tea-inspired cocktails and signature drinks. We are looking for someone with a passionate and very hospitable approach to customer service. This is a full-time position.

We are aiming to open beginning of December, however the starting date might move a week.

Dim Sum Library serves up modern Cantonese atmosphere in the heart of London in The Yards. We’ve got next-level dim sum, tea-inspired cocktails, and all-day dining. And we’re just a short two-minute walk from Covent Garden or Leicester Square station. Easy to get to, hard to leave.

Your day at Aqua:

• Creativity: Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages & be part of a creative team
• Customer service excellence: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere

You will be paid £12.21 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.04 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
