Hutong, Dubai. Hutong Dubai is an award-winning Chinese restaurant in the heart of DIFC, where red lanterns illuminate our dining room and terrace with the best views in the city.

Known for fiery Northern Chinese flavours and luxe cocktails, we bring bold dining to Dubai’s skyline. Inside, AED 138 gets you all the dim sum you want, while our bar shakes up proper cocktails as DJs play most nights.

Your day at Aqua:

Team guidance & development: You will guide by example, inspiring and motivating our team to deliver an exceptional service. Your support in hiring, training, and developing staff will ensure they reach their full potential and making sure that team members feel included and motivated
Operational excellence: Drive organizational change, ensure alignments with business goals, build relationships with suppliers & manage budgets and financial forecasts
