As our Night Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality dishes are prepared while the world sleeps. This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position, 5 days a week, with a shift pattern of 11pm - 9am,

Your day at Aqua:

Meal Preparation and Crafting Recipes for Success: Skilfully prepare and cook a variety of dishes during the night shift, ensuring each dish meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
Night Operations: Oversee the kitchen operations during the night, ensuring it is well-stocked, organized, and clean, while maintaining a smooth workflow and adhering to food safety standards

You will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £11,992.00 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
